This workshop is a gentle exploration of our own personal Spirit Guide connections.

We each have a deep well of support to be here.

Although it sometimes seems that we are here alone, our spirit guides are always with us, and are always here to support us.

In this workshop we'll do an energetic tune in. We'll also do practical exercises which will provide tools for you to access your spirit guides at home, after the class.
