Introduction to Thai Massage: Four-week series

Each week, participants are guided through giving and receiving a 30-minute, full body Thai Massage. Exploring different postures including supine, prone, and seated, givers move with the breath, using gravity and bodyweight to offer pressure and deep stretching. As a partner practice, clear communication is used to honor personal boundaries and build trust. Students use floor mats and blankets and are fully clothed.
