Lets support them by tuning in to see what they need. In this Angel-Essence Energy healing session we’ll support our inner children to be who they are without interference, without judgement, and with lots of love.

After this play shop, don’t be surprised if you feel a resurgence to do fun things that you’ve dropped for the last decade or for many decades!

Sometimes our inner children ‘get stuck in the grind’ of every day circumstance, jobs, or past history. This session is our time to integrate, listen to, and feed our inner spark of creativity. The adults in us get lots of time – at work or paying bills.

Lets take this time to feed our entire selves, not just our adult selves!
Our spirit guides (Guardian Angels) will work with each one of us, our inner children, and our multi-dimensional selves. They love us and enjoy working with us in this very connected way.

Angel Essence Energy healing is a very gentle healing modality that supports us in our every day lives. Like reiki it is a hands-off healing technique. Angel Essence healing assists with practical issues, deeper transitions, and everything in between.

Lisa Gontarski has been a practitioner for almost 2 decades. She has worked with individuals, couples, groups, animals, and with nature directly.
